Mint Oreo Trifle I Love Chocolate and Mint together! Throw in an Oreo and i'm in heaven. Plus it's almost St. Patrick's Day which means I can have all the Chocolate and Mint that I want and not feel guilty! Recently My daughter and I decided to make some of these for a dinner party we had. They were a huge hit and tasty too! Hope you enjoy! INGREDIENTS 1 package of Oreo Mint Cookies 1 small package JELL-O Chocolate Pudding 2 cup cold Milk 2 cup Heavy Cream ¼ cup Powdered Sugar 1 tsp Mint Extract (optional in case you don’t like mint) Green Food Coloring DIRECTIONS Make pudding according to package directions. Mint Cake Pops I love making Cake Pops. Especially when I get to decorate them with my little girl! These Mint Cake Pops are perfect for St. Patrick's Day and are sure to be a family pleaser! Ingredients: 2 C Sugar 1 3/4th C All-Purpose Flour 3/4 C Cocoa 1 1/2 t Baking Soda 1 1/2 Baking Powder 2 Eggs 1 t Salt 1 C Milk 1/2 C Vegetable Oil 2 t Mint Extract 1 C Boiling Water 1 bag of cake pop sticks (you can get them from Michaels or Walmart) Directions: Heat your oven to 350 degrees and grease a deep cookie sheet Stir together sugar, flour, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in large bowl. They were so easy to make and tasty too! As some of you might have read my little has not been putting on the weight that she is supposed to put on.
