Slow Cooker Pepsi™ Baked Beans! #GameDayGlory

EEK! I can’t believe The Big Game is right around the corner. This year already seems to be going way too fast! But I must say that I am super excited for game day and I can’t wait to make some new memories while hosting a party for my family and friends. Hosting parties is one of my most favorite things to do and this year I will be hosting  a big game day party at my house just like I do every year. Of course I want to make sure that everything is perfect. To help me in my endeavor I will be purchasing party friendly foods like SNICKERS®, Skittles®, Pepsi™ and TOSTITOS® at Walmart. These are tried and true products that I always know will be a hit among my loved ones and they are easy to find and purchase when I shop at Walmart! I’m so grateful to have these products help take some stress away from planning my party.

 

This year we will not only be drinking Pepsi™ at my game day party. But we will also be using it in our cooking. That’s right! I will be making a family favorite Pepsi™ Baked Beans for all of us! I love them because beans go along with everything and this is a perfect recipe to throw in the slow cooker to help take the stress out of the cooking. It is super easy and allows my mind to think of other pressing matters…. like the who’s winning the game!

Ingredients:

(4) 16oz cans of white beans

1 med. onion diced

3/4 cup Ketchup

1/4 cup yellow mustard

1/4 cup brown sugar

3/4 cup cooked bacon crumbled into small pieces

1 can Pepsi™

 

Directions:

1. Add all ingredients in to a slow cooker.

2. Cook on High for 3 hours or low for 6.

Now isn’t that easy? I love this recipe!
