Have an ant problem? Take care of it now!

I love this time of year….well for the most part. The only downfall to the warmer weather is the bugs that go along with it. As most people do, I dislike the creepy, crawly critters that walk or fly through the air. Especially when they enter my home!

Last year was the first year that I discovered ants in my home. You know the ones….the small little ants that over take your kitchen as soon as they find even one small speck of food on the floor or counter tops. I think I spent more time last summer trying to get rid of ants then I did anything else. Nothing I did on my own seemed to work!

Moxie Pest Control also knows how annoying ants can be. That is why they are willing to come into your home and take care of the issue before it becomes an even bigger problem.

Check out their infographic below about the Army of Ants that might be overtaking your home……who knows. You might learn something new. I know I did!

There was some great information in this infographic that I had never known about before. Ant’s don’t lungs but they breath, they don’t have ears but they can hear? I found all of that to be very interesting. A couple of the things I did know however is the invisible trail that they leave behind as well as how much they can carry. This is why you often times see ants walking in the same line. That invisible trail is the one thing that drives me crazy! It’s what gets them into my home and makes it so they never seem to leave!!!

This year I will be contacting a pest control company before the ant problem get’s out of hand. How about you? is Moxie Pest Control in your near future?

  1. I think we may have to actually hire a pest control company to come out because of ants. There’s nothing more annoying than trying to walk thru your own yard and you keep stepping on ant pile after ant pile. We’ve tried putting granules down but it didn’t seem to help.
