Recently I was looking through all the great fresh fruits and veggies I had on hand. I found two pineapples that I needed to do something with. As I was looking through recipes on the internet I found an unusual recipe for Pineapple Casserole. I had never heard of  it before so I decided to give it a try. It turned out amazing so I thought I would share my version of the recipe with you all here!

  1. That sound like it just jumped right out of 1957 – I think you need some Fiesta Ware to serve it on. 🙂

  2. Sounds delicious! Thanks for the recipe!

  3. Yummy!

  4. Wow! Something different! I bet this would be good with a few additions, shrimp, chicken, etc. !!! Yum!

hmm, interesting. I wonder if it would taste as good with canned instead of fresh pineapple?
