Pine Bros. Softish Throat Drops Review!

Pine Bros. Softish Throat Drops Review!

My thoughts on Pine Bros. softish throat drops – Ok now first off, when I read the label, the descriptive word “softish” just made me giggle. A “softish” throat drop?! I actually was too excited to try these to wait for a sore throat. I opened them up and I took a picture of them next to a dime so you could see their relative size. But I put one in my mouth and oh my goodness, they ARE a “softish” throat drop!

Right away I could tell these are going to be in my cabinet permanently just in case anyone in the family needs them. It’s good to have them on hand just in case in the middle of the night someone ends up having a sore throat.

My daughter gets a dry throat frequently and wakes up with just a little irritation because she sleeps with her mouth open and I know I need to whip out the humidifier, especially since winter is upon us, but she popped one of the Pine Bros. Softish Throat Drops and it helped to sooth her little throat. Her favorite is the wild cherry flavor but mine happens to be the natural honey. They also come in Licorice and citrus lemon flavor! My husband would love the licorice flavor for sure!

Pine Bros. has been in business since 1870!! You know this company is doing something right when they have been helping people sooth irritated throats for that long! Their product stands on its own and doesn’t need changing one bit. It is a mild flavor that doesn’t take your breath away like some of the potent throat drops, which is why my 9 year old daughter doesn’t mind taking one to help her dry throat.

I learned an awesome fact about this company on their website . I learned that the creator and former owner of Airborne (which happens to be a staple in our home) acquired Pine Bros. and has redesigned their packaging and spent a lot of time locating the original Pine Bros. recipe. It says a lot about someone’s character which reflects in their business that they want to keep the original recipe just like the creator intended. The best part is that they are now once again made in America.
This product is one that I am so glad I was able to review because otherwise I would have never known about this unique and wonderful “softish” throat drop!
