Thisweek on Nutrisystem went much better than I had anticipated. I think that whenpeople have the word ‘diet’ in their minds that they automaticallywish for foods they know they should not have. Even if those saidfoods are not one that they would normally choose anyway!
Thisweek I was surprised at how much food I was able to eat on the Nutrisystem diet. I did notrealize that I would be able to purchase so many fresh fruits andveggies! I have enjoyed my now routine when it comes to my eating andhave noticed a difference in the foods I now crave. Instead ofchocolate and sweets I am looking forward to my fresh cherries andstar fruit.
Iwill admit that this week when I weighed in I was a littledisappointed. I guess I was expecting a huge drop in weight but thenI stopped and decided that instead of being disappointed I shouldrejoice! I lost weight and this is a goal that I have not seen happenfor a long time! SO YAY!! So with that being said want to know whatmy weigh in for this week is? ………292.4!!!!
Iam down 2.2 lbs!! Plus my measurements dropped as well! YAY!
Bust– 52
Waist– 45
Arm – 16 (down .5” from last week)
Hip – 57.5 (down .5” from last week)
Thigh – 32 (down 1” from last week)
Calf– 21
WaHoo!So I may not have lost as much as I wanted but I must say that I didnot work out at ALL this week! I wanted to see what would happenwithout any exercise! I can’t wait to see what future weeks show as Iknow that the next few weeks and months will be my time to lose!Thank you Nutrisystem!
