Where are you from? and a little bit about youI grew up on a farm in southwest Kansas. I currently live in Montana with my husband, two adorable children, ages 6 and 3, and our golden retriever, Prairie. I guess you could say I love wide open spaces, from the mountains of Big Sky Country to the wheat fields of Kansas.
What items do you carry in your shop?
My items are all things I have created with fabric. I have a range of items from purses and clutches to barnyard coloring wallets for the little ones. I have many ecofriendly and upcycled items from sandwich and snack bags, reusable grocery bags and toddler dresses that I upcycle from previously loved men’s shirts.
How did you decide on your shop name?
My newest product is a custom designed walker bag. I want to make life a little easier for those who have difficulty getting around while adding a little of their own personality to the monotony of the everyday.
I recently went to Sea World and Legoland with my family. I made prototypes of a water bottle carrier for the events. Needless to say they were a hit. I’m currently working out the kinks and will be adding them to my shop this month.

What is your inspiration when making a new item?
My kids and family have been the inspiration for my shop. Every item has been first made for one of my children or family members as a way of making life a little easier for them. I realized that if my daughter enjoyed this so much or as a mom this coloring wallet makes my life easier to eat out, other mom’s might think the same thing. I love creating something with my hands for someone else. I enjoying thinking about that person as I am creating each piece and when it is complete, I feel like I have given a piece of myself.
I love giving something that has been cast away a new life.
