1. Take two undercooked (very light brown, but done in the middle) Batter Blaster pancakes.
2. In between, put 3-4 pieces of thinly-sliced ham, a slice of Swiss cheese and a spread of your favorite chutney (like mango or berry).
3. Quickly dip entire sandwich in a French Toast egg mixture (eggs, milk, cinnamon, vanilla) and cook both sides on griddle until golden brown, and cheese is melted.
4. Sprinkle with a little powdered sugar.

Pumpkin Pancakes
Batter Blaster into the skillet with melted butter
A pinch of Pumpkin Pie Spice (nutmeg, cinnamon & allspice)
1 tsp of canned pumpkin
Instead of maple syrup try a cream cheese sauce:
8 oz. cream cheese
1 cup powdered sugar
4 Tbl lemon juice
1.5 c whipping cream
You can use a hand mixer and blend all together, adding the cream last. If you want more of a frosting type consistency (stiff peaks) then you will need to whip the cream first and set aside. Then blend all other ingredients and fold together.
Garnish with candied ginger.
My Thoughts
Never in my life did I ever in a million years think I would ever eat pancakes out if a can. But, that is because I am little Miss homemaker and I make sure to cook breakfast every morning.

As my child gets older and life grows more and more hectic it is hard to find the time to cook three meals a day plus make snacks and pack lunches.

With all that being said I had an opportunity to review Batter Blaster pancakes. What a nice and convenient way to make my daily pancakes! All you have to do is give the Batter Blaster can a shake and squirt some in the pan! Batter Blaster had a nice and even color when they were cooking plus the batter was nice and the pan cakes did not stick to my pan. The taste was not bad either. I quite liked them! My husband also told me that they will be very convent and handy the next time we go camping! What a wonderful idea! I don’t know if Batter Blaster will replace my home made pancakes each morning but I do know that they will be brought on many camping trips in the future!
