                           My Thoughts

I could not have received this print at a better time. I had just been to the doctor with some symptoms that were concerning and after seeing the doctor she came to the conclusion that (they think, although the pregnancy test came up negative) I had a miscarriage. Upon returning home I was bummed to say the least. I opened up this package from Tarra and seen the beautiful birds flying high in the sky. One bird was reaching out to give the other a tree branch. I sat in the car and cried as I seen this. I thought to myself “That could be like me one day, Flying up to reach my baby.”

Tarra’s panting is so simple and beautiful. Sometimes with art there is so much going on that it is hard for me to understand it. This print speaks to me and I know that the lucky winner will be blessed to have this displayed in their home.

Tarra captures the true essence of the birds she paints as well as the objects of her other paintings. She has a Dandelion print that I know would hang perfectly in my daughter’s room to remind my daughter of the all the many wishes she has wished while blowing the white seeds away in the wind. She also has a cherry print that reminds me of helping my Grandmother Can cherries each year as a child. I know that you will find a print of Tarra’s that will inspire you. She captures the objects in life that most artist do not. I love her work and I know you will as well.
