My Thoughts on Horrid Henry The Movie As you walk through your local Walmart you might notice a movie with a very interestingly bright green case....that movie would be Horrid Henry The Movie! Recently I was able to host a great in home party with my daughter and her friends. They were excited to watch Horrid Henry The Movie and see what he was up to. To be honest I had never heard of Horrid Henry which might be a surprise to some of you as now I know there are tons of Horrid Henry books available. Horrid Henry was a super cute movie. Poor Henry keeps getting into trouble for things he did not do...although I understand why they blame him as some of his antics are not so nice. But, in the end will Henry be able to save his school? Orangutan Van Review!   My thoughts on SteveSongs Orangutan Van cd are complete and utterly silly all the way around but the best part is that these songs also include uplifting and educational lyrics!   We were driving in sunny California and everyone knows how the traffic can be in the city, well we popped in the Orangutan Van cd and as the kids were swinging their feet and bobbing their heads, my sister and I couldn’t help but bust out some moves and giggle. Talk about helping us getting our minds off traffic! You can’t help but listen along because there are some hilarious lyrics!   This cd is sure to engage and entertain ALL ages, I am not kidding. My Thoughts on Tom and Jerry Pint-Sized Pals I love Tom and Jerry. Today has been the perfect day for this awesome cartoon. I have 5 kiddo's in my home today and they are complaining that it is too hot outside to play. So they are having a quiet movie day! My Thoughts on SlugTerra: Return of the Shane Gang I just don't understand cartoons now a days. Shooting slugs at each other is just not something I would have watched when I was a kid and for some reason the kids that I tend during the day can't get enough. To be honest I had never heard of SlugTerra before. When the DVD arrived I did not know what to expect but as I opened the box the boys started screaming with anticipate. It turns out that they did in fact know what SlugTerra was as well as what channel and time it came on. I was impressed with their enthusiasm so I decided to sit down and watch it wit them. I must say that after an hour of watching it I could not really find any reason why I would watch it again. However, there was also nothing in this cartoon that was bad or disrespectful which would lead me to not let the kids watch it. I’m So Glad - Alex & the Kaleidoscope Band Review!   My thoughts on the cd I’m So Glad by Alex & the Kaleidoscope Band is nothing short of fun and positive tunes for the whole family. I am so happy to have an array of music cd’s that we can pop in the car or at home anytime and know that there will be good music to get up and dance with everyone in the house. Alex & the Kaleidoscope Band have released yet another great cd and this time “I’m So Glad” is one that you won’t want to miss out on. This cd is jam packed with great lyrics, melodies and energy to get you in the mood to smile, sing and dance with your little ones. My daughter’s favorite song on this cd is “Water Lilly”, it gives a Caribbean feel that she can sway with her flowing skirt because it’s just a peaceful song.
