My Thoughts on VeggieTales Robin Good and His Not-So-Merry Men I have loved Veggie Tales and their message's of God since the first time I seen my first episode when I was a teenager babysitting my cousins. I had never before heard of these talking veggies and I was instantly captivated by their fun characters and inspirational messages. When my daughter was born I new that Veggie Tales would be a big part of our lives as I knew I could pop in a Veggie Tales DVD and not worry about what she was watching or learning! Recently I was sent Veggie Tales Robin Good and His Not-So-Merry Men DVD for the purpose of this review. My Thoughts on Happiness Is...Peanuts Team Snoopy When I was growing up I was not able to watch The Peanuts very often. I remember they came on t.v. around holidays but that is the only time I was able to watch these lovable characters. I am glad that now my daughter is able to watch them whenever she likes. My Thoughts on The Adventures of Tintin As soon as I seen the first preview of The Adventures of Tintin I knew that it would be a movie for me. Action and adventure plus a great story line. It sounded fun and like a movie the whole family would love. Recently I was sent a copy of The Adventures of Tintin for the purpose of this review. I think my husband was even more excited to watch this movie then I was so we popped it in right away and sat down for a night of movies. In the beginning I was a little nervous of this movie. There was shootings and killings in this movie that I was not expecting my six year old to see. Although it was done as nicely as possible and thankfully I don't think she really knew what was going on anyway... Okay now that I got the only negative out of the way I can say that for my husband and I it was great. It was fun to watch the adventures around every corner unfold before our eyes. My Thoughts on Hugo When the previews for Hugo starting appearing on TV I instantly knew it was going to be a must see! Then when I started seeing Huge get nominated for awards all over Hollywood it just confirmed for me how much I needed to see this movie. Recently I was able to review Hugo and could not wait to watch this movie with my family. It is not very often I get to review movies like this and I knew it would be a family hit! I was right! Hugo is the story of an orphan boy who lives in a train station. He works hard to keep the clock in the station running right on time as well as other fun contraptions he has in his hidden apartment. Hugo is a courageous little boy who has so much knowledge but is in desperate need of a family. HOP Movie Review & Screening Party!
My Thoughts on HOP I had never seen Easters hit movie HOP before and I was excited because for my first time ever not only was I going be able to watch HOP with my family but also host a HOP party for all of my daughters friends! To start off I received an awesome package in the mail that contained HOP the movie as well as fun activities for the kids including drum sticks, stickers, and even a stuffed E.B. Bunny! I knew that these were going to be a big hit with the kiddos and boy was I right! I decided to keep the feel of the party going I would also have the kids set up to decorate Easter Egg cookies while they watched the cute HOP movie.
