Bubble Ride Review! Vanessa Trien and the Jumping Monkeys My thoughts on the Bubble Ride cd – This cd is one my new favorites!! I absolutely think every mom needs to have this to listen to with their kiddos! Ever wanted to hear a song about being inside a bubble …to climb inside and take a ride?! Leaving behind all your troubles…sounds great doesn’t it?! This is a song that you are going to want to memorize and sing to your kids over and over. Its sweet melody calms the little ones and makes you feel better instantly. Unique and bubbly songs about yo-yo’s and the way animals talk to each other! An upbeat and positive spin on learning to say goodbye at a play date and that it’s ok to be sad but that it’s time to go, or a song about what to do if you are sad and blue. My Thoughts on Disney Secret of the Wings Disney has done it again! Yet another amazing Tinker Bell movie! This one I can say is honesty my favorite out of them all! My Thoughts on Zumba Fitness Core for Wii Week 1 As most of you know I started a weight loss journey in August. I had, had enough of my excess weight and was ready to get ride of it! So I headed down to my local gym and got a personal trainer! Now I know that, that is not possible for everyone and truth be told there is SO much that you can do at home. Take this amazing Zumba Fitness Core for example..it is available for Wii and Xbox 360 and will have you dancing off those pounds in no time. I was sent a copy of Zumba Fitness Core for the purpose of this review. I was ecstatic and quickly told my trainer that I was going to start this awesome 4-week Zumba Challenge! Saban’s Big Bad Beetleborgs First Time on DVD 27 Episodes and 3 DVD’s! Season one – Volume One My thoughts on Saban’s Big Bad Beetleborgs – This is a 3 DVD set with 27 episodes! I haven’t seen many 3 disc DVD’s before so that right there is very cool. Here is a show that uses imagination to the max! It may seem like a series that just boys would find entertaining but my daughter loves these types of shows as well. It inspires my kids to dress up and pretend they have all types of super powers! The series starts out with three main characters, Drew, his sister Jo and their friend Roland. The Cat's Pajamas Backseat Driver My thoughts on the The Cat’s Pajamas, Backseat Driver – Now here is a cd that will make people stare at you while you are sitting at a red light. But you know what?! Who cares because you will have kids in the backseat who will be dancing in their seat right along with you! This is an upbeat style cd that has hints of a jazz feeling. Do we say “groovy?” yes, yes we do. It is just that and it is something I haven’t heard in a children’s cd before. A new way to sing and dance with your kids, just keep at least one hand on the wheel please! We live in a big city and were headed to a festival and anywhere we go we have to plan at least 30-45 minutes depending on traffic so we were happy that this cd lasted the whole way! My Thoughts On Big Top Scooby-Doo! What an awesome combination! Scooby-Doo and the Circus! As most of you know Scooby-Doo is the #1 favorite in my house. My daughter takes her Scooby-Doo every where she goes. In fact she even 'feeds' him dinner every night with the family. When a new Scooby-Doo movie arrives in the mail she sets up for a movie night with her best pal Scooby so they can watch his fun antics on the TV screen. My Thoughts on 3-2-1 Penguins! I had never before heard of 3-2-1 Penguins and I was excited to introduce a new cartoon to the kids! Even the kids said that they had never before seen or heard of 3-2-1 Penguins which I found shocking! I received a DVD copy of 3-2-1 Penguins Complete Season One on DVD for the purpose of this review. This DVD includes 13 episodes from the first season that aired on NBC. 3-2-1 Penguins is about Space Penguins named Zidgel, Fidgel, Midgel and Kevin. They also have human friends named Michelle and Jason that help them solve their space problems. Andy Z’s The Grand Scream of Things Review!
My thoughts on Andy Z’s The Grand Scream of Things This is a very unique twist to a musical play on cd. I haven’t ever heard of anything quite like this. A cd meant for ages 8-12 is such a rare gem to find. My kids are 7 & 8 and even though they still enjoy the music they have always listened to as toddlers, they are starting to really enjoy music and books for “bigger” kids as well. I am fortunate to be able to homeschool my kids and found this cd to be a great way to incorporate a little music for the day. There are many different styles of music being played in this story. I set the kids up with some play dough at the table and put the cd on. To my surprise my kids hardly touched the play dough and within the first 10 minutes they were sitting on the floor listening to the story and using their imaginations as to what the characters looked like and playing it out in the minds. My Thoughts on The Heart of Christmas The Heart of Christmas starring Matthew West and Candace Cameron is a movie I had never heard of before and my only expectation was that it had something to do with Christmas. I am sure I am not alone when saying I absolutely love everything about Christmas so I was excited to curl up on the couch in my pajamas and have a nice cup of hot apple cider.
