Disneynature Wings of Life!
Disney Nature: Wings of Life I can't seem to get enough of these amazing titles from Disneynature. It is amazing to finally have an up close and personal look at the world around us. Thanks to Disney I was able to review their new title Wings of Life. This movie is brilliantly put together. My daughter and I watched wide eyed as we seen a caterpillar make a cocoon, Bee's in their hive, the story of pollination and so much more. With Disneynatures Wings of Life your child will have a blast learning about the world around them. I know as a child I spent my time trying to get close to animals but for some reason they would just run or fly away from me. Thanks to Disneynature I was finally able to see just what a butterfly's wings looked like, how the bee's carry the pollen and a caterpillar shed its outer skin. Simply amazing! My Thoughts on Horrid Henry The Movie As you walk through your local Walmart you might notice a movie with a very interestingly bright green case....that movie would be Horrid Henry The Movie! Recently I was able to host a great in home party with my daughter and her friends. They were excited to watch Horrid Henry The Movie and see what he was up to. To be honest I had never heard of Horrid Henry which might be a surprise to some of you as now I know there are tons of Horrid Henry books available. Horrid Henry was a super cute movie. Poor Henry keeps getting into trouble for things he did not do...although I understand why they blame him as some of his antics are not so nice. But, in the end will Henry be able to save his school? Orangutan Van Review! My thoughts on SteveSongs Orangutan Van cd are complete and utterly silly all the way around but the best part is that these songs also include uplifting and educational lyrics! We were driving in sunny California and everyone knows how the traffic can be in the city, well we popped in the Orangutan Van cd and as the kids were swinging their feet and bobbing their heads, my sister and I couldn’t help but bust out some moves and giggle. My Thoughts on Color Time Crafts Kids love to color. Usually I run around my house saying "only on the paper" and, "We only color on paper, remember?" This was one of the first times ever that I was able to say, "Color your shirt and have fun!" My daughter is currently about to finish up her first year in Girl Scouts. I have 5 kiddo's in my home today and they are complaining that it is too hot outside to play. So they are having a quiet movie day!
