My Thoughts on Charlie Brown’s Christmas Tales I grew up with Charlie Brown and Charlie Brown’s Christmas was one of the more known cartoons at my house. It was always a joke every year picking out our Christmas tree saying “Don’t pick out a Charlie Brown Tree.” But, I can say that at time we did and we still loved them! Charlie Brown is a classic and I don’t want to imagine a holiday without him. The cartoons are timeless and are fun to watch no matter your age! In fact as I am typing my husband, daughter and day care kids are watching Charlie Browns Christmas Tales! My Thoughts on Looney Tunes Super Stars: Foghorn Leghorn & Friends and Looney Tunes Super Stars: Tweety & Sylvester My daughter has been on a Looney Tunes kick recently and can’t seem to stop watching them. I love this because it brings back childhood memories of my own. One thing I have found is that it is not easy to find the classics on T.V. That is why I am so happy that Warner Brothers has released Foghorn Leghorn & Friends as well as Looney Tunes Super Starts: Tweety & Sylvester! Now my daughter will be able to see some more of the classics first hand instead of just hearing about the characters from me. My Thoughts on Samantha An American Girl Holiday Growing up American Girl was a huge part of my life. I enjoyed reading about each girl and the events that occurred during their time period. I dreamt of one day owning an American Girl doll and wishing that I could see the girls in real life! At this time I still do not own an American Girl doll but I can see the girls! American Girl has started making movies of your favorite girls and I was delighted to be able to review Samantha An American Girl Holiday. I loved this movie and felt that it stayed very true to the Samantha character. I also loved showing my daughter what it might have been like to live in 1904! My Thoughts on Where The Jewels Are by Diana Symons Some days I see a selfish streak in my daughter. A streak that I work so hard for her not to have but nevertheless at times I see it. When I started reading the story Where The Jewels Are by Diana Symons I was thrilled. I knew that at the end of this story my daughter would see that there is more to life then material items. In the book the Princess grows up receiving everything she wants. Until one day that her father sends her out on a journey instead of just handing her, her request. The Princess starts out the journey thinking of herself and ends the journey…..well….you’ll have to read to find out! The story is nicely written and has a wonderful moral. My Thoughts on PajamaCity.com Footed PJ’s!!! I was SO excited for my footed PJ’s! In fact I decided that when they came in the mail I was going to put them on, pop some popcorn, throw in a movie, and have a lazy day! Of course it did not happen like that since they showed up on what turned out to be a very busy day. But that is okay! While I was hope being busy I put them on! Oh So Comfy! I received the PajamaCity Penguin PJ’s for the purpose of my review. I love the traction on the bottom of the feet and also that they open in the back. My only downfall is every time I sit down the Velcro on the back comes open. I wish it closed with a zipper or something a little more than Velcro. My Thoughts on Purely Healthy Night Light Upon hearing about the Purely Night Light I knew it had to do something healthy but I did not know just what. So I looked it up and instantly knew it would be a perfect fit for my family. My husband and daughter suffer from allergies. Eitech Review
My Thoughts on Eitech My husband loves to build! When I say that I mean build anything and everything. From restoring cars to building models, not just model cars but also trains, rockets, and other kits! Among the models he enjoys are kits such as Eitech! Eitech is a company that I had not heard of before but I now know that Eitech kits will be on the wish list for husband from here on out! We received a three in one kit from Eitech and I was thrilled! My husband was not only able to finish one model but 3! There was a crane, windmill, and a gantry crane! Each model took him well over an hour to build which I thought was awesome because it was a challenge to him. There are many parts to the Eitech kits and each kit is compatible with each other. My Thoughts on Zippo’s Hand Warmer There are two outdoor activities that are commonly done in the Colorado Mountains during the winter months, Skiing and snow machining. Both of which can get cold very fast. One thing every skier or snow mobiler knows is that it is always important to keep safety items with you at all times. For my family that includes Zippo hand warmers. When I first seen the pitch to review Zippo’s hand warmers I was surprised. I never knew they made products like that. When you think Zippo you think lighters but not hand warmers. I was thrilled. I always stock up on items like that and that is an easy gift that I know each person in my family would love as a gift.
