A Holiday with Buddy! Review! My thoughts on Dinosaur Train, A Holiday with Buddy! If you haven’t heard of Dinosaur Train, you should know that this goes beyond just a cartoon! The main character is Buddy who is a T-rex and was adopted by a Pteranodon family. From jungle to ocean, they are all connected by a train that will visit it all and you will learn a lot on the way! I love Dinosaur Train and have that secure feeling that it is something appropriate 100% for my children. My Thoughts on Beam N Read I am an avid reader. Each night I love cuddling up in bed with a good book. The only down fall is my hubby does not like it. It is hard for him to sleep when I have the table lamp on. This has been an ongoing battle since we were married. Cleaning up after them, making sure their homework is done, checking in on their whereabouts, etc....But, what happens after they leave? Although, it may feel like our lives have come to a sudden halt...they don't! We are still alive and expected to change everything we have done for 18+ years in the drop of a hat! Fun Without Dick and Jane is a hilarious book about life after the kids. Truth be told you can do anything YOU want to do now! Christie Mellor has a great way of making you see the light. My thoughts on dear deb This is a book that gets to your inner being and grabs on. You will find yourself relating to situations or feelings from the very beginning. What first struck a chord in me to want to read this book was the front cover. The words cancer struck me as I am sure it does many others as well. So many of us have been affected by cancer, if not ourselves then someone we know. But this isn’t a book about cancer, it is a book about life’s journeys and the life lessons we learn from and the strength we get from God even though it doesn’t seem He is always there. My Thoughts on Finding Emma I can not imagine the feelings that would come with the loss of a child. It is one of my greatest fears ever as I am sure it is for most parents. In the book Finding Emma by Steena Holmes you will meet a family who has lost their beautiful daughter. After years Emma's Mom can not fathom giving up the search. Looking for her daughter in the faces of every blonde hair little girl she sees is starting to take it's tole on her family. She is clinging too tightly to the daughters she still has and is not allowing them their freedom.
