I have been focusing recently on eating healthier. This includes what I send to school with my daughter in her lunch. When I go shopping my main goal has been to shop the outskirts of the store. You know what I mean....only produce, meat and dairy. It has been hard to adjust to this new routine as I was used to hitting the aisles and purchasing lots of high calorie items with too many additives to even count.
