  Getting to know Deborah (DeborahJulian) Where are you from? and a little bit about you I live in New York City and have been a photographer for over twenty five years. About fifteen years ago I developed severe allergies to photo chemicals which meant I could no longer print my own work in a darkroom. This was prior to digital photography. I was shooting film and I knew from experience that if I couldn’t print my negatives myself, my work would not look the way I wanted it to look. I decided to go back to school. My two loves were art and animals. It was a toss up whether to pursue a career working with animals or to stay in the arts. I chose to get a degree in art history. But I missed being a photographer! Fortunately, digital cameras and ink jet printers have allowed me to return to photography and to be able to create the images I want to create.   Getting to know Jill (CozyHollowMixes) Where are you from? and a little bit about you I am originally from Atlanta,GA but now live in St James,MO, which is a VERY rural area! My husband, Tim, & I have been married almost 20 years. We have 2 very handsome boys who are 18 & 16. We are also foster parents to 2 little boys who are 10 & 9.   Getting to know Kendra (HattStreet) Where are you from? and a little bit about you I'm originally from Victoria, BC Canada, but currently I'm living in Dundas, Ontario, Canada. I grew up in the boonies, so moving to Ontario was quite the culture shock! I've been crafting for as long as I can remember, my whole family is artistic. My mum and dad do fibre crafts (my mum knits and my dad crochets), and my sister's a painter. Extended family is all creative too, so I think there's some merit to that nature versus nurture debate!!! What items do you carry in your shop?   Getting to know Monique (greenviewlane) Where are you from? I live in Portland, Oregon with my husband and three kids (6, 3 and 3 months). I have a BFA in studio art and was a professional illustrator for 15 years. Currently, I am a stay at home mom. I get to watch my kids throw fits, punches and sometimes a cute little smile my way. It is well worth the it even though my heels have been replaced for flip-flops and my Bug for a Minivan. What items do you carry in your shop?
