  Getting to know Joanna (SkribblyKids) I'm from Montreal, Quebec, Canada My Bio: Cartoonist, Illustrator, Animator, craftsperson... I just love to draw! My day job is as a Motion Graphics/ Visual Effects artist. I work mostly on movies and tv shows. In my spare time Etsy keeps me very busy with custom logo designs, portraits, and cartoons.   Getting to know Laura (cabbingrough) Where are you from? and a little bit about you I am from Northern IL. I am a stay at home mom of 4 amazing kids. My husband Karl and I work together on everything. What items do you carry in your shop? We carry hand cut semiprecious stone cabochons, mainly used for jewelry making. How did you decide on your shop name? Cabbing Rough is what you call a rock we would start with. I like the name because I feel it gives credit to nature for creating our stones in rough form.   I get the Sunday paper delivered to my house. I always feel like it is a waste because I don't read the paper much I just want the coupons. But, besides the coupons there is one other thing that I always make sure to read and that is the comics. I was given the chance to read and review The Knight Lift “Chivalry ain’t dead” by Keith Knight. I found this book hilarious. Every cartoon I read had me laughing and shaking my head yes. I myself have lived through many situations much like what he was writing about. I love when a writer has the ability to step into their own life as well as the lives of many others.
