Getting to know SlingsNThingsBB
I am from southern Indiana. I am currently a stay at home mom of a two year old little girl. Right now I have slings, bows and artwork in my store. Soon, though, I hope to expand it with other baby boutique items. I chose the name “Slings N Things Baby Boutique because it suits my store’s inventory, I wanted people to know exactly what they would be looking at when they visited. My facebook page is
My daughter is my biggest inspiration. Making our relationship stronger and being a new mom easier is what really got me into making slings. As she gets older so do her needs, I try to improve on our everyday items to make them more functional and stylish.
My Thoughts
I am a fan of baby carriers. I guess in my opinion they are much easier than a stroller and your child is close to you which makes it so much better.
I was able to review Sling Made by SlingsNThingsBB. At first I thought how am I going to make this work but SlingsNThingsBB aided my fears by e-mailing me a link showing me how to properly use it. I was able to try the sling out with some of my day care kids and it has worked great. Especially because as most of you know school started this week and using the sling is much easier to put the baby in when I walk my daughter to the play ground to drop her off. SlingsNThingsBB has sewn the carrier together nice and sturdy with a double layer of fabric. I love that the Sling is all fabric because there is nothing there to poke or harm our child. I had a baby carrier that I had purchased from Wal-Mart and I never liked it because I felt that my daughter did not look comfy in it. It looked a little painful. But with the all fabric sling the child can place the child in almost any position and is also versatile for so you can place the child on your hip, back or front.
There are many fabric options to choose from and I feel that SlingsNThingsBB prices are wonderful. Especially since it is handmade and customized to fit you perfectly! What a wonderful gift idea for that new mother in your life! Come on, I bet all of us know someone who is pregnant right now or has just had a baby!
