Just 1 tablespoon is equal to 8 glasses of cranberry juice. Now I enjoy me a nice glass of cranberry juice occasionally but not 8 glasses a day and some women do not like the bitter taste and thus don’t drink it at all. I can say that Cystex has a wonderful taste, and I actually enjoyed my daily dose. As far as how well the product worked I wish I could be of better help. I myself have never suffered from UTI’s but I did not want that to stop me from trying it out and letting all of you know about this product.
