Fiesta Ranch Dip Recipe + Delimex and Bagel Bites Make Great After School Snacks!
As most of you know I decided to take the plunge into home schooling. School started two weeks ago for us and we are finally getting into the swing of things. For example every day at 3:00 my daughter begs for her #AfterSchoolSnacks. I as a home schooling parent can see just how hard she works all day long and when 3:00pm rolls around she wants a way to fill her belly and express her creativity. Thank goodness Bagel Bites helps her do both at once! I am so glad that #CollectiveBias, Bagel Bites and Delimex have been brought into my life!
Bagel Bites are a great after school snack to purchase. I also love getting fun toppings for my daughter to add to her Bagel Bites. Today for her after school snack she had some diced olives, basil leaves, pepperoni and sliced sandwich cheese to do with as she pleased. She loved creating monsters, dragons and more with all these great additions to her Bagel Bites.
Another after school favorite is Delimex. My family purchases these all the time because they not only work great for after school but my husband also loves them as an “after work” snack.
Delimex Dip Ingredients:
Ranch Dressing Mix Packet
2tbs Taco or Fajita Seasoning
1 6oz can diced tomatoes
5oz sour cream
Shredded cheese (for topping)
Directions:
Mix Ranch Dressing Mix, Fajita Seasoning, Diced Tomatoes and Sour Cream in a large bowl and top with shredded cheese !
You can serve right away or refrigerate for later!

My kids like Bagel Bites because they’re so easy to prepare. We buy them in bulk at Sam’s Club and have them when we come in from swimming. So quick and delicious!
