My Thoughts on Redi Shade
When we first moved into our home I noticed how outdated and darkmy shades were. I knew that this had to change and started looking into new andimproved versions. Redi Shade has just that!
I received new Custom Shade for my Dining Room Window. I decided ona light filtering shade that would allow more light into my home even with theshades closed. I also decided on a cordless shade because of the amount ofchildren I constantly have in my home.
The Simple Fit Redi Shade arrived in just a few days and my husband immediatelygot to work on putting it up. I had every intention of taking lots of photos ofthe process but the truth is he had it up in less than 2 minutes. (After theold shade was taken down) The installation went like this:
Putting in new Redi Shade! You can see how beat up and dark the older shades are on each side of the new one!
Step 1- Take oldone down (obvious)
Step 2- Clean upthe window where the brackets stick with alcohol.
Step 3- Put shadeup and push a little button! That was ALL!
Three VERY east steps and it was DONE! Okay so now….how do I likeit?
Remember how I told you that my old Shade was dark and would notlet in much light? Well the first morning after the new shade was put up Iwalked into my Dining room and was stunned by just how much morning sunlightwas pouring into my home! I was THRILLED! I love my new Redi Shade! I love howeasy it was to purchase my perfect Custom Shade and the Simple Fit line isamazing! Another feature I love about my new cordless custom shade is how easyit is to manage! When I first ordered the cordless I was nervous because I kepthaving flashbacks to the old style cordless shades that you had to pull down onin order for them to go up. Sometimes they went up and other times they didnot! That has not been the case AT ALL with my new Simple Fit Redi Shade! The shadeis easily guided by my hand and rises quickly!
In these photo’s you can see the difference in the light. Both of these photo’s are taken of my dinning room table. In the top photo you can see how much darker my old shade made my table. In the bottom photo you can see the how much more light there is. You can even see the light reflecting on the table!
