Recently, I stopped putting milk on them, I pour some in a plastic container, put some vanilla or plain yogurt on top, add fresh fruit, and take it to work. It is a great mid-morning snack, and I don’t have to worry about keeping fresh milk at work, or trying to transport a container of it from home.
