My First Month with Iams and their Visible Difference!
Some of you might remember my post from last month about changing up my dog Nora’s food. Last month I seen some Iams quality dog food at my local grocery store and read about the Iams Visible Differences. This intrigued me and I decided to give it a try. We are now one month into this new adventure with her dog food and I can honestly say that I am impressed and very happy to have made the switch.
This past month the biggest difference that I have noticed is in the shine of my dogs coat. Her fur is usually scruffy and dull looking. It is almost embarrassing how she looks because she does not look like I ever brush her..but I promise I do. This past month as she got her daily brushing I noticed that that there was a new shine to her coat that had never been there before. The brush was easier to pull through her hair and she seemed to enjoy her daily brushing much more then she used to. Maybe it’s because she felt pride in how she looked, maybe it was because she did not feel as much pull and tug as I brushed. I’m really not sure the reason. But I am loving what I see!
This month I have also noticed a little more pep in her step. We have not been able to hit the hiking trials this fall like we normally do. This impart to be only having 3 weeks left in my pregnancy….But I have been trying to take her around to local parks when I get a chance or at least around the block of our house to get our daily walks in. Our walks are a great way for her and I to get our much needed exercise and also a way to spend some quality time as a family. Nora loves her daily walks and can’t wait to get outside as soon as she sees me grab her leash. She usually knows when it is time and as soon as she sees her leash she can’t contain her excitement!
I am so grateful to Iams their Iams Visible Difference and the quality of ingredients they use in their food. It has been nice this past month to watch my dog become more peppy and I also enjoy watching her coat start to shine a little more and more with each passing day. Plus she scarfs down the new Iams food so I know that she is enjoying the difference as much as I am. It is wonderful to know that I am giving her the best..I mean it is important for me to eat healthy right? So why would it not be just as important to feed my beloved pet the best as well? I am grateful for her every single day. I am glad that she showed up on our doorstep and that we were able to keep her. She is a part of our little family and one of my best friends. Thanks Iams for allowing me to treat her as such!

Wow, it seems like the change in food really made a difference! I’m a cat owner myself, but I too have noticed that the type of food I feed them has a big impact on their fur.

When we had a dog, I always fed him Iams dry food. I could definitely tell a difference in his coat.
