Plus the fruit is packed in water instead of syrup!

Wondering what Monk Fruit is? Monk fruit is a melon which is vine ripened in Central Asia. The Monk fruit is harvested by hand and has been used by Monks (hence the name) for over 800 years for its health benefits. Oh and of course the sweetness since Monk fruit is 150 times sweeter then sugar!
