I am trying my best to get out of the house this summer. My family and I have been bike riding, hiking and going for evening walks. Being active is one of my most favorite parts of my day. One more then one occasion my husband has surprised me by pulling into a hiking spot when I was wearing a dress. I just have learned to go with the flow! Since most of our activities are spontaneous I have learned to always be prepared! That includes our hiking packs in the car at all times. In our packs I keep the basics: Sunscreen, Water, First Aide and Nutritional Balance Bars!
Balance Bars from Walmart are an amazing thing to keep on hand. They taste great and pack the protein, vitamins & Minerals I need to keep my energy throughout the day. They work great on bike rides, fishing trips and car rides.

There is 14G of Protein in this Balance Bar along with 23 vitamins & minerals. This is my daughters favorite and too be honest I would rather her eat a Balance Bar any day over a junk food candy bar!

These are amazing. What else can I say. I love the Cookie Dough flavor and I also love knowing that there is 15G of Protein in each bar. There is also 23 other vitamins & minerals just like the Double Chocolate Brownie bar. There is just enough Carbs, protein and fat to keep you going!
