Summer time is in full swing around my house. I have a house full of kids who just want to spend as much time as they can outside. But, just like they come in and beg for hot cocoa during the snowy months they come in every single day and beg for something to cool them off. I can’t blame them as we have been hitting triple digits. It is just plain hot outside.

The only downfall to cold snacks the the amount of sugar and junk that I don’t want them to eat every day. That is why I am so happy that I was able to review the Swirlio! It gives me and the kids a healthy option to help cool us off and is a snack that does not contain all the additives and junk!

The Swirlio arrived at my house just in time for a healthy afternoon snack. I always have frozen fruit on hand for smoothies so we just followed the directions of letting the frozen fruit sit out for a few minutes while I cleaned up the new Swirlio and put it together. I love how easy it is to put together. Especially since the kids were begging for something to eat.

I found the Swirlio very easy to use. I just put the fruit in the top and it came out the perfect frozen snack. The kids could not believe their eyes. They were thrilled and have now used the Swirlio every day. They enjoy the snack that cools them off and I love that they are getting healthy servings of fruit without even realizing that what they are eating is healthy!

The Swirlio also comes with a recipe book that is filled with 50 healthy recipes!

I am honestly very glad that the Swirlio has come into my life. Generally I don’t like small appliances taking up counter space in my kitchen but I can honestly say that this has not been taken off since it arrived.
