My thoughts on the What to Expect When You’re Expecting, Workout dvd is that this is a great gift for either yourself or someone you know who is pregnant. It truly is a must have for moms who are pregnant!

If you have been pregnant before, are currently pregnant or know someone who is, you most likely have heard of the What to Expect When You’re Expecting book by Heidi Murkoff. I think it’s safe to say that it’s the book of all books when it comes to pregnancy! Heidi Murkoff now has this amazing workout dvd jam packed with ideas on how to keep your body healthy during pregnancy.

One of the great things about this dvd is that you can customize a workout that is right for you. There are so many options to getting what you need during any stage of pregnancy and they also have options for moms to be that are sitting down all day at their job. They really did think of it all when they made this workout dvd. The bonus features are very informative!

Cardio, strength, stretch & relax are some of the main workouts this dvd offers and within each of those workouts are 10 minute sessions so it’s not too overwhelming. You can mix and match to where you are comfortable with. Within each 10 minute video there is an amazing instructor who is down to earth and positive about the exercise.

This entire dvd is 96 minutes long but again you can customize what workout you want to do and for how long and then save it and the next time you play the dvd you can click on your customized workout and it plays what you saved. I personally got a great workout with this dvd!!
