Chicken Soup for the Soul, Think Positive for Great Health Review and Giveaway!

Chicken Soup for the Soul
Think Positive for Great Health Review!

Can you tip the scale just one more percent to be more positive? Don’t think your mind has anything to do with your physical health? Think again. Chicken Soup for the Soul, Think Positive for Great Health by Dr. Jeff Brown of Harvard Medical School will help you dive into a new way of thinking.

If you haven’t heard of this way of believing then this book will help shed a light into real life stories of others who have become healthier just by spinning things in their mind to be more positive.

I have always been an upbeat, positive person but at times of course through life, things have happened to where I just cannot seem to spin the situation into a positive one and I become someone you wouldn’t want to hang out with. I want to feel sad, I want to blame the situation and I end up feeling worse. I want to crawl into a cave and just never come out. But of course I know that is not healthy for both my body and my spirit.

When we feel down and out we tend to make poor choices in a lot of areas. Food for example is a big one for me. But in this book, you will read some amazing life stories about how people have decided to just stop. Stop feeling sorry for yourself, turn it around and start to think positive. Tip the scale until you make yourself believe that you are going to get through this. When that scale starts to tip towards the more positive, things start changing. You start changing and for the better and in some cases your ailments start to actually go away.

I believe in the law of attraction. I firmly believe that if you are positive then positive people, situation and things will surround you and vice versa.

Chicken Soup for the Soul, Think Positive for Great Health is a book that you will want to read over and over again. If you need help with tipping that scale to be more positive in life and start to believe that you can do better and feel better then get this book! Reading these stories will begin a positive start to healing! I love to read these stories to help remind me why I need to stay positive and how great it is for our body, mind and spirit!!

I’m pretty much happy all the time. Every once in a great while I get totally stressed when I go to bed and I can’t sleep because i’m worried about something. I dont attend church regularly but I do believe in God. I try to tell myself God will take care of it and I just need to let it go. It usually works and I fall asleep
