As most of you remember JCPenney offered free haircuts for kids for back to school. They were such a huge hit that JCPenney has decided to bring them back and offer Free Haircuts for Kids every Sunday! Plus for the month of October all Breast Cancer Survivors will also score Free Hair Cuts!
