I think I’d give this to my mom for inspiration.
I would use this book for myself as I stuggle to lose weight and stay focused on an exercise regimen due to health problems. When I was finished reading this book though I would be sure to pass on throughout the family with other members who enjoy exercising as well.

This book would be for me, not only do I want it, I really really NEED it. I am trying sooooo hard to reach my healthy bmi weight and am still far from it and I am literally frustrated to tears, I feel broken and like I am just beating my head against a wall, If I am not broken I am doing something wrong and even though I am only 44 I am very suspicious my age might be working against me so I would LOVE to win and read this book.
