This is great — we have done the same type of thing– We have found in our county that potatoes have some blite –no good, and the hollow heart disease– so that will mean potatoes will be going up in price too– so I’m fortunate that the dehydrated brands have been cheap enough to put away for the winter months–and our garden will supply alot for the late summer, and fall..Not know what is going to happen to the rest of the veggie crops this year– better to plan ahead a little
