Thereis nothing more uplifting than to start out my day with Yoga. I lovehow calm and refreshed I always feel after I have completed my Yogaworkout. Recently I was able to review Zen Exercise Yoga DVD and fellin love! Zen Exercise helps to tone your body and mind! I found thevideo to be slow paced. This is much better than some of the DVD’sthat I have seen where I feel like all I do is sit down, stand up,sit down, stand up! This was the opposite!
ZenExercise has a variety of motions that make you feel uplifted andready for the day. I was also able to pull out my exercise ball whichis something I don’t normally get to do! I really like the flow ofthe DVD and found each movement easy to accomplish!
