My daughter andI have a morning exercise time! Each and every morning we turn on theTV to some hoppin music and we dance away for 30 minutes a day! It isfun because we can be crazy as crazy as we want and laugh and play,but we are also working on being healthy. Mostly because I am overweight and I don’t want that for my child when she grows older.
Wallie Exercises is awonderful book that will help the children to understand theimportance of not being lazy!
Wallie is a lazy dog. Hedoes not want to play fetch. He does not want to take a stroll in thepark! All he wants to do is sit and watch TV and eat yummy food allday! One day Wallie wakes up and realizes that he can’t even fit intohis clothes any longer. His friend decides he better do somethingabout this issue and takes Wallie to a place where they can learn tobe in shape. As they are exercising Wallie is not having a good timeand is trying very hard to keep up. Then the exercising Elephantlets Wallie know that he can chose his own way to get into shape.What someone else might like to do to stay active might not be whatwe want to do. It does not matter how we exercise or what activitieswe do! Just that we do it!
Wallie Exercises iswritten in a style that is fun and enjoyable for the children. He isa lovable character that the children can relate to!
