My Thoughts on Crossmaker
Myfamily can’t seem to get enough of the See The Light DVD’s! TheChildren are learning how to draw and learning stories about theBible all at the same time! Crossmaker is beautiful artwork set tothe Easter Story! The children are able to hear the story of Jesusbeing read to them as they are watching drawings to go along with thestory. After the story is done the children are able to learn how todraw the pictures depicted in during the story! How cool is that?
Justas I always do I sat each of the day care kids in front of the TVwith their own drawing pencils and paper. The children love sittingthrough the story and learning the gospel. But, not as much as theylearn the drawings. Each child sits very still and tries so hard tomake their artwork as good as on TV. Even the younger children trytheir best and it is so special to see their individual styles emergefrom their drawings.
Ialso enjoy watching the children show their parents what they did.Hearing the little ones tell the story that they learned out of theBible and then explain why they drew what they drew is wonderful! SeeThe Light has the most amazing, interactive way of teaching thechildren and I love it!
