My Thoughts on the JackClamp

When I first started thinking of the home sweet home event I mentioned itto my husband who of course said that the best home products would be tools. SoI scoured the Internet until I found one that looked so amazing and wassomething that you could use as well!

I received two JackClamps for the purpose of this review. As soon as I seemthen I was impressed with how easy they were to use and understand. You canslide them on anything and then just pull the handle to tighten! I wish that Icould tell you all of the uses that I could use them for but the fact is I havenot been able to get then away from my husband long enough to test then outmyself. So with that being said here are his thoughts.

When I first seen the JackClamps I thought “Hey those will be very handy”and indeed they are. In fact the day they came in the mail I had decided tobuild myself a cart for my welder so that I could move it around the garage morefreely. I grabbed the JackClamps and used them to hold pieces of metal togetherwhile I tacked them into place. It made my job much more quick and easy. I wasalso surprised at how light the JackClamps were making my job less of a hassle.Other uses I have found for the JackClamps are; Building my daughters wooden swingset outside and using them to build my Hot Rods. I was able to hold the wood inplace while I placed my screws on my daughters swing set and hold sheet metal/panelsapart while I was doing my auto restoration work. I will also be using themthis summer to aid in hanging new Kitchen cabinets! The JackClamps would be perfectfor anyone who has a profession of mechanic, fabricator, auto restoration, homebuilder, carpenter, plumber, electrician, etc….


The only downfall that I can find is the depth was not deep enough for a few ofmy projects. It did not hinder me on most and I am glad to now have TheJackClamps in my tool collection. Even though the depth could be a littlebigger (for some jobs) the JackClamp has still taken the place of my vice scripts!Now that’s saying a lot!
