Where are you from?And a little bit about you
I am a nativeFloridian/third generation Floridian. This means that my Dad &Grandfather were born here in Florida. I grew up in a small town abouttwenty minutes away from the beach. Playing in the woods, the beach,canoeing & camping were many of the activities I loved to do with myfamily. We had about 40 trees in our yard & rescued & housed boxerturtles. We also kept a veggie garden, mice, cats, two hamsters &snakes. My parents have very “do-it-yourself” attitudes so that helped inmaking me a more inventive person overall. Making jewelry aidsme in releasing love and creativity from within. I feel like I am contributingsomething to this world that is beautiful & can make people feel goodinside. I am a junior at University of Central Florida majoring in creativewriting & want to one day help others communicate with ease &love.
What items do you carry in yourshop?
I carry necklacesand picture frames at ShelleNoelle.etsy.comI decorate plain picture frames and give them new life & personality. I love to mixmetals in my jewelry in any way that I can. I can describe my jewels asfunky, abstract, elegant, retro, classic, deco, filigree, & bold.
When it comes to mynecklaces I love items from 1970’s & older. But I don’t discriminateagainst anything vintage which includes findings from the 1990-1980’s. Iwork with new items too if they are beautiful enough to inspire me.
How did you decide on your shopname?
I was very close togiving my shop a more abstract name. Eventually I went with ShelleNoellebecause it is more straightforward. My close friends call me “Shelle” andmy middle name is “Noelle”. ShelleNoelle is easy to remember and it rollsoff the tongue. Do you have anythingnew you plan on adding to your store?
Lately I have beenmaking earrings; every pair will have a touch of elegance & many otherswill also be bold. Coming to ShelleNoelle.etsy.com soon!

Describe your creativeprocess and inspirations when making a new item.
Colors and texturesinspire me. If I have a bright floral cabochon I will then add otherfindings to enhance its beauty. A necklace can end up looking completelydifferent from what I initially envisioned. It is an intuitive adventure;I know when something just “feels” right. I am free when I am creating myjewelry.
What items in yourshop do you most enjoy making and why?I love working withcabochons. There are so many different shapes & sizes, colors &designs.
*Cabochons are round, oval, square, rectangle, or teardrop shaped flat-backfindings made of plastic, gem, or glass that have a round surface.
Anything else youwould like us to know?
When people wear myjewels or use my picture frames I want them to feel good inside. I amproud of every piece I make and put love into everything I touch.
My Thoughts
I received a Necklace from ShelleNoelle for the purpose of myreview! The necklace was made in a very popular style that I see most womenwear today. It has a nice big focal point which is a circle pendent. The chainis very unique. This is actually my favorite part of the piece. There aredifferent beads and designs going up both sides. I love this feature as it addspersonality to the necklace and really makes it stand above the rest.
ShelleNoelle chooses nice and profound quality items to use in herjewelry as I was taken aback by the thickness of the chain as well as thependent. This Necklace is durable and made with superb products! I am veryimpressed with the craftsmanship of ShelleNoelle’s jewelry. Not only does shecreate a unique style Necklaces that will be loved by many but she also hasmany other unique items such as picture frames that are done in the same highquality products used in her jewelry, I’m sure!I am very impressed with ShelleNoelle’s jewelry. Her creative eyewhen making each piece is outstanding. Truly one of my faves that I have everreceived from an Etsy seller!
