My Thoughts on Samantha An American Girl Holiday
Growing up American Girl was a huge part of my life. I enjoyed reading about each girl and the events that occurred during their time period. I dreamt of one day owning an American Girl doll and wishing that I could see the girls in real life! At this time I still do not own an American Girl doll but I can see the girls! American Girl has started making movies of your favorite girls and I was delighted to be able to review Samantha An American Girl Holiday. I loved this movie and felt that it stayed very true to the Samantha character. I also loved showing my daughter what it might have been like to live in 1904!
Samantha An American Girl had a wonderful story line. Children who watch that movie are going to see that it is good to put others before themselves. Samantha taught the true meaning of love and friendship and she never gave up for what she thought was right. Even if there might be consequences in the end she still tried to help.
I also like the cover of the movie. Very cute and really captures the essence of Samantha. I think that the girl who played Samantha was a wonderful actress and could not have been played better!
