My Thoughts on Tracy Andersons 30 Day Method
Fitness books are so hard for me to read. It is not easy to have a trainer in a book and not in person. But, Tracy Andersons 30 Day Method book was so captivating that I could not help but give it a try. Tracy talks about how anyone can have the body of a dancer. Growing up Tracy said that she was not born with the best genetics when it comes to a healthy body. Some people have fast metabolisms and can eat anything. I love that Tracy admitted that is not the case with her. In fact she admits that at one time she was overweight! Looking at her body now I would have never guessed and it helps me to realize that I can do it. Tracy let’s you know that being big boned or coming from a family of obesity is NOT an excuse. The choice for a healthy life is yours to do with as you please. I will let you know that at first Tracy’s book might seem hard but the truth is you can do it! Tracy has a unique way of working the muscles and she breaks it down into detail why she is doing what she does. She has read countless books and done more research than I would have ever expected. I am impressed with her positive words and she is a trainer that truly cares and loves hearing about the stories of women just like you and me!Buy It!
