I have lived my life with many family members addicted to smoking. I know that it can be hard to quit as I have seen the struggles that some of my loved ones have been through. I have also watched loved ones die because of their smoking habits and I don’t ever want to see anyone go through that again. Neither does becomeanex.org. I am sure that each of us know someone in our lives that we wish would stop the bad habit. Maybe its your Mom or Dad, Aunt or Uncle, Child, Close family friend, or yourself.

I would love for you all to admit to me one bad habit you have! I will go first…..I have a temper problem. Not something I am proud of but it is the truth. I have to work very hard each day to keep my temper in check. But I have learned tips and techniques to help me in this endeavor!
