On The BackYou might remember my past review on Penny and Rio! Now there is yet another fun adventure! Penny and Rio: The Diamond Collar Adventure by Jennifer Swanson! My daughter was so thrilled when this book arrived. She loves the first two books and so I knew she would jump at the chance to read another one. I was right! When I opened the package she screamed “Penny and Rio.”
Penny and Rio: The Diamond Collar Adventure is book three in the series. Just the same as the other books Rio loves to be clean and lay around all day. Penny is mischievous and can’t seem to stay still. Penny wants to explore what is around every nook and cranny. Hannah the dog next door has heard of the mysteries that Penny and Rio have solved and decides to turn to them with a mystery of her own. Hannah has lost her diamond dog collar and must find it before the dog show. Along the way they meet more fun friends! There is Sarge the German shepherd and Tad the Collie. They team up on this fun adventure and collaborate in attempt to find Hannah’s precious collar. Do they find it on time? You will have to read this third book in the Penny and Rio series to find out. While you’re at it pick up the first two books as well. The kids will love them!
