I have been married for 6 years, and am a stay at home mother of 2 (3 year old daughter, 1 year old son). I am a photo taking, scrapbooking fanatic! My daughter has over 30 scrapbook albums- full! I found that after I had my second baby I didn’t have as much time to scrapbook everything, so I went digital so I can reuse and easily manipulate all my designs.
Digital scrapbooking transitioned into photo template design, and I started FotoTale Designs. We specialize in announcements, holiday cards, word art, scrapbook pages, albums, mini-albums, cd/dvd cases and labels, photo display templates, blogging photo templates, logos and much more. We can customize anything and we love working on custom requests.
The shop name was actually my mom’s idea. She was in town for a few days and we were up talking one night and she came up with FotoTale Designs. I loved it! And our logo- Every Design Tells a Story came along pretty easily.
We will soon be debuting some fun and unique Christmas templates- greeting cards, cd cases, labels, image box templates and more! Look for them mid-July to kick off Etsy’s Christmas in July sale. I try to come up with a new design to post every day or at least every other day, so there is always something new in shop.

Let me start out by saying that I try very hard to have all reviews posted within two weeks of me receiving the item. Give or take a day or two I am pretty on the money. That was not the case for this review and for that I need to profusely apologize to Sarah. I also want all of my readers know that none of it had anything to do with Sarah and everything to do with me.
When I first started setting up this review with Sarah I did not have Photoshop and I had actually never even used Photoshop before. I then went out and investigated what Photoshop program would be the perfect fit for me.
Picking one item from FotoTotal Designs was not an easy task. There are SO many wonderful Templates to choose from. When I finally narrowed it down to the ‘Play Time Set’ to review I easily downloaded it to my Photoshop program. It was easy for me to play around with and I had a blast learning about all of the Photoshop features and everything that I could do with the ’Play Time Set.’ My biggest problem (again this had nothing to do with Sarah Or her ‘Play Time Set’) I had to read up and figure out how to get my pictures into the template. Now that I have accomplished it I know how silly I was and now realize I was making things harder than they needed to be.
Overall I love Sarah’s. Items. How wonderful it is that she sales pre-made Templates for everyone to enjoy. From Birth Announcements to Scrapbook pages! There is something fun for every occasion. She is absolutely creative and I love that now I will have a much easier way to create scrapbook pages as well as birthday invites. Plus you can go to her site and read about how you can download a free template to make sure your Photoshop was compatible with it! What a clever idea!
