The Remedy, what is it with me and all of these cleanses lately? Well the truth is that I want to lose weight and I figure if I continue to get these weight loss books to review then I might be able to do just that! Plus a cleanse is good for you right? Well this one was wonderful! The cleanse consists of 4 days of juice and water mixed with super greens. I thought the super greens would be super hard to find but I was wrong. I found it at my local Vitamin Cottage. The super greens did not taste bad but I will tell you that next time I will try the chocolate instead of the plain. I was impressed with the cleanse and felt much better after the 4 days. It did revamp my taste buds and made me not want salt or fatty foods. I like that! I have also added the Super Greens into my every day routine. It helped me have a ton more energy and is super good for me! I know that if you are looking for a nice revamp of your system that The Remedy is perfect for you! What a change it has made in my day to day!
