Getting to know Deborah
Where are you from? And a little bit about you
I currently live in the Puget Sound area of Washington State. Yes, it does rain but not as much as you might think. 😉 I’m a mom and wife, my husband is in the Navy so we’ve moved around quite a bit but hope to stay here for some time.
What items do you carry in your shop?
Jezzy Belle’s is a little vintage, a lot of handmade. The main focus is my handmade hair accessories. If it involves feathers, flowers, jewels and buttons I am right there! Each piece is inspired by a famous “Jezzy Belle” from film, literature or history. My vintage items are special pieces I think would be worthy of those sorts of delightfully bad girls.
How did you decide on your shop name?
I was kind of obsessed with the word jezebel and knew I had to include it somehow, and I spent a few days playing around with various word combos and
Jezzy Belle’s was really the only one that felt right!
Do you have anything new you plan on adding to your store?
I plan on expanding in to jewelry in the next few months, and I am hoping to add some handmade clothing items in the next year!

I have a blog that I’m attempting to keep up, follow me and encourage me!

My Thoughts
When I think of Car Show I not only think of Car’s I think of the Hot Rod Roots! THE 50’S, pin up girls, Rat Rods, and Leather Jackets! You know…The days of Grease! That is why I LOVE the Bonnie (pink flower) that I received from
JezzyBelles! Sometimes it is hard for me to find the right vintage accessory. This Bonnie was perfect in my hair with my victory rolls. I also love that Deborah placed a piece of felt between the clip and the flower. A lot of times I get the flower stuck in my hair and have to re-do my Victory rolls. This clip was easy to put in and take out without messing up my hair! I also love the black ribbon loops on the side of the flower. It dresses it up so it is not plain but it also makes it stand out better than just a flower! I love it! It is good quality and I know that I will be wearing it in my hair many more times to come!
