Tip: Make your own dried Italian seasoning by using ½ teaspoon dried oregano, ¼ teaspoon dried basil, ¼ teaspoon dried thyme.

  1. This one is a winner and a pinner. I never thought of this combo even though I love chicken and apricots.

  2. I LOVE chicken and I LoVE apricots…never woulda thought to combine the two. We have an apricot tree so those will be nice and fresh. What an awesome twist on chicken.
