Quick and Easy Chocolate Pie from Reddi-wip®

Prep Time: 15 min

Total Time: 6 ¼ hours

Serves: 8

Ingredients

  • 1 12 oz can evaporated milk
  • 1 5.9 oz package chocolate instant pudding mix
  • ½ cup miniature semi-sweet chocolate morsels, optional
  • 1 7 oz can Reddi-wip® Original Dairy Whipped Topping
  • 1 9-inch graham cracker pie crust
  • Additional Reddi-wip® Original Dairy Whipped Topping, crushed candy or mixed berries, optional

Directions

Pour milk into a medium bowl. Add dry pudding mix and beat with a wire whisk until blended and mixture just begins to thicken. Stir in chocolate morsels, if desired.

Add the contents of Reddi-wip can; stir gently but quickly until blended. Pour into crust and cover.

Refrigerate for 6 hours or until pie is set. Cut into 8 slices to serve. Garnish with additional Reddi-wip, crushed candy and berries, if desired.

Tip: If you’re a Rocky Road fan, omit the candy garnish and instead stir in ½ cup miniature marshmallows and ¼ cup coarsely chopped peanuts to the pudding mixture before pouring it into the pie shell. Continue as directed.
