  1. “Suffer from back pain” is putting it mildly! After 2 cervical fusions, 2 lumbar fusions plus another lumbar surgery to remove bone a spur, permanent nerve damage, arthritis, Chronic Pain Syndrome, fibromyalgia, etc., I KNOW BACK PAIN. I would love to learn more/better ways of dealing with back pain. Thanks for the giveaway!! =)

  2. Lots of it – I have about a handful of diseases that contribute to pain in general, too long to list and describe. my hubby also had a tumor on his spinal cord so he still suffers from back pain after having it removed about nine yrs ago.

  3. I hurt everyday from back pain. I had a broken back from age 11-13 yrs old first found out in 2001 had first back fusion. failed due to not being braced right. Had 2 screws come loose and fused again with out rods or screws so in failed too in 2005. I know back pain I use a TENS machine an prayer to help ease it.

  4. I’m bending over everyday at work in our warehouse. I am definitely going to give this a read. Thanks for the great review!!!
