Homemade Tomato Soup Recipe – Using Magic Bullet

I recently purchased a Magic Bullet and I must say I am very impressed! I have used it a minimum of 5 times a day since I took it out of the box! It is so easy to have fresh fruit smoothies and such now!

Last night I decided to make home made tomato soup for the first time ever. I know that the magic bullet book as a recipe inside but I decided on my own take of that recipe instead of following theirs…it turned out amazing!!

Ingredients:

2 tomatos cut into quarters
1/2 cup water
1 chicken bullion cube (you could also use vegetable bullion)
1/2 clove garlic
1/3 cup milk

I placed all ingredients inside the ‘tall’ for the Magic Bullet and used the cross blade! I blended until it was the consistency of soup.

I was feeding my family as well as my little brother for dinner so I made three batches of this soup. After it was all blended I cooked it in a sauce pan just as I would a can of soup! It was amazing!!!

Well you made this easy enough–I love the bullet– and use ours almost daily–I think I’ll add some fresh Basil to this and a little cracked pepper. This is going to be great with a grilled swiss cheese sandwich, thanks for the idea for lunch today

I’ve always wondered whether the Magic Bullet was worth it, since it’s so small – but it does seem like it would be so much easier to clean than a big blender. And I love the idea of making fresh soup so quickly. Thanks for posting!

I can’t wait to try this! Love using my bullet for smoothies, blending eggs, grinding coffee beans, and making dips. Thanks for sharing!

  6. This sounds quick and easy! I don’t have a magic bullet, but will likely try this with a standard blender. I may even try adding other veggies, like carrots, cucumbers, and red peppers! Thanks for posting a great, easy base! :)

  7. I use to have a baby bullet but it pooped out on me after a few uses. I would get it another try though, I need a magic bullet to help with making frozen drinks at home. Thanks for sharing.

  11. That sounds so easy! I would love some tomato soup. Maybe not quite as much milk so the soup is redder but I can tweak the recipe. Or actually maybe no milk at all tonight considering I don’t feel well. Bust still yours does look yummy.

I don’t like tomato soup but I’m thinking of all pureed soups I could make if I had a magic bullet. Very cool.

Made this tonight with my tomatoes from bountiful baskets. I added some Italian seasoning and it was absolutely delicious.
