  2. I would use this book for myself as I stuggle to lose weight and stay focused on an exercise regimen due to health problems. When I was finished reading this book though I would be sure to pass on throughout the family with other members who enjoy exercising as well.

  3. This book would be for me, not only do I want it, I really really NEED it.
