Chicken Soup for the Soul: Saying Goodbye to Stress Review and Giveaway (3 winners, US and Canada)

My Thoughts on Chicken Soup for the Soul
Say Goodbye to Stress

Chicken Soup for the Soul: Saying Goodbye to Stress. How I wish it was simple to say goodbye to the stress in my life! It seems that life just keeps getting more and more hectic everyday. If you are feeling the need to de-stress your life then why not check into Chicken Soup for the Soul:Say Goodbye to Stress.

This Chicken Soup book is unlike any other Chicken Soup book I have read thus far. Along with the inspirational stories by many different people this book is also written by Dr. Jeff Brown of Harvard Medical School and Liz Neporent. They will help you manage the stress in your life and give you ideas on how to feel better in your day to day life.

On the Back

The link between stress and just about every major disease or illness is well established. But stress can be managed, and this book tells you how. You can’t necessarily change the world around you, but you can change the way you react to it.

Read how other people just like you have reduced the stress in their everyday lives and how you can reduce stress from major events.

These stories plus Dr. Brown’s common sense approach will help you: Stop being your own worst enemy, Triumph over tragedy in your life, Reduce stress in the workplace even if you have a “killer job”, Manage your thoughts and emotions and get out of those “thought traps”, Reduce stress at home where it all starts, Manage your finances more sensibly to reduce stress, Get in touch with your stress and change your attitude, and De-stress your lifestyle with sleep, exercise, and the right food.

  1. Yes I have many health problems that cause me a lot of stress. I also have money stress.

  6. Yes I have 4 of my own children under the age of 6. Run a daycare in my home fulltime with 6 kids on top of my own. Also have pelvic arthritis at the age of 25 and need surgery. Somedays are very rough!

  7. Um… yeah? I have a 1.5 – 2hour commute – each way and have to juggle daycare and school on top of long days at work – between the kids/dog/ husbands activity there just never seems to be enough time to just be. and I do work a job that can be sometimes stressful, too.

  8. Yes I do,my husband died 2 yrs ago & left me to be a single mom of a now 2 yr old baby.Has been so stressful this past 2 yrs I really need to relax for once

  9. Yes it seems like I have always had a stressful life , now I am retired it still is. Stress from pain and what is next , to having an adorable autistic grandson, worrying about my kids and all grandchildren. But at least I can laugh, read’, enter contests, and do my own thing (as long as I check in with the kids) lol, But one thing I have learned in life is you always need stress whether its good or bad it balances out life. Just don’t let it overwhelm you, and enjoy your kids while they are young as they grow up way to fast. Don’t dwell on the little things. I would love to win this book, Thank you for sponsoring a great giveaway.

  10. Yes I do!! I feel guilty for feeling stressed because I have been so blessed. My biggest stressor is my job and finding time to spend with my family.
